Explanation:

-2x - 1 > 0 + 1x

Remove the 0 and collect like terms

-2× - 1> 1x

-3x> 1

Divide -3 and 1

-3X > 1

÷3 ÷3

Cancel the -3 and 3 sense they are the same and bring down the X

X> 1÷3

X> 0.333333333

-25x>25

divide both sides by -25

thus: x>25/-25
