Explanation:

You must first flip the original slope from -1x to positive 1x. Then I normally use y-y1=m(x-x1) to find the y-intercept. So your y is 2 and your m is your perp slope (1) and your x is -1. (y-2=1(x-(-1)) Now a negative times a negative is a positive so your equation is now (y-2=1(x+1)). Distribute (y-2=1x+1). Add 2 (y=1x+3)
