The function f is defined as f(x) = 2x^2 + 19, so to find f(6.9), we substitute 6.9 for x in the formula:
f(6.9) = 2 * (6.9)^2 + 19 = 2 * 47.61 + 19 = 95.22 + 19 = 114.22
Therefore, f(6.9) = 114.22.
