To find the profit made by the company if it operates 10 branches, we need to substitute x = 10 into the function P(x) = x^2(x + 100)(x + 300):

P(10) = 10^2(10 + 100)(10 + 300) = 10^2 * 110 * 310
= 10,000 * 110 * 310
= 3,310,000 pesos

So, the company makes 3,310,000 pesos in a week if it operates 10 branches
