Answer:

y = -7x -7

Explanation:

If (-1, 0) and (-2, -9) are on the same line then that means their slope is the same. We can find slope with (y1 - y2)/(x1 - x2)

(-2 - (-9)) / (-1 - 0) = 7 / -1 = -7

then we can use the formula y = mx + b

we know that forthe first instance y = 0 and x = -1 and m(slope) = -7

0 = -7*-1 + b

0 = 7 + b

b = -7

our formula then becomes y = -7x -7
