Answer: first year to be regular and after that we have to do all the exercise time to time and here to take all the necessary nutrition and other things after that he can trust for a 5 to 10 minutes after that we have to do meditation and think what has bed from all the whole day after that he will do it daily he will notice that there will be a change in his body
