Answer: y = -1/-2x + 3 or y = 1/2x +3

Explanation:

you first find the y intercept of the equation y = mx+b

to do this you go to 0 and find count up or down until it crosses the y axis(3).

from there you find your slope count up or down and left and right

slope formula is m=rise over run (-1/-2).

then you plug in your numbers to slope intercept form.

Answer: y=3 - 1/2x

Explanation:

The line is sloping down, so the slope is negative. The y-int is 3, and it goes down one, right 2
