Write a poem titled Travel; three stanzas long, with four lines in each stanza. This means that the poem will have twelve lines overall. You can use whichever rhyming structure you like. Include one example of personifica- tion (where something non-human is given human traits) and one example of alliteration (where the same con- sonant sound is repeated, like in the phrase 'super scary spider'). Your poem can be from your experiences, your imagination or a bit of both.

Answer:

Travel, it's a journey that we all must take

A path that leads us to new horizons to make

With open hearts, we set out to explore

The world around us, and so much more

The wind whispers secrets as it guides our way

The road ahead, a map that we must sway

The sun, a beacon shining bright and true

A warm companion, on our journey through

The night sky, a canvas painted by the stars

Each one a memory, captured in its bars

The moon, a silent sentinel, watching over us

A guardian angel, in our travels, a plus.
