n(n−1)(n+1)=16(n−1+n+n+1)

⟹n(n2−1)=16×3n

⟹n(n2−1)n=48nn

⟹(n2−1)−48=48−48

⟹n2−49=0

⟶(n−7)(n+7)=0

n can be 7 or −7 , so the numbers can be either −8,−7,−6
