Given f(x)=5−3x

Put x=x+2, we get,
f(x+2)=5−3(x+2)

∴f(x+2)=5−3x−6

∴f(x+2)=−1−3x

Answer:

f(x + 2) = - 3x - 1

Explanation:

substitute x = x + 2 into f(x) , that is

f(x + 2)

= 5 - 3(x + 2)

= 5 - 3x - 6

= - 3x - 1
