15*2 = 30
1/2 + 1/2 = 2/2 = 1
1 lap in 30 seconds

If Dinah can skate 1/2 lap in 15 seconds,she can skate 1 lap in 30 seconds. This is because 15 multiplied by 2 is equal to 30.
