$16/ 2 tickets= $8/ticket.
$40 for 5 tickets:
$40/ 5 tickets= $8/ticket

16:2 and 40:5. These are ratios.
$16 and 2 tickets for the unit rate is 8/1.
$40 and 5 tickets for the unit rate is 8/1
