the answer is 33 if you do 30 +110% wich is 63 so take a way 30 from it it gives the answer 33

We have an equation: ?/30= 110/100

Cross multiply:
100*?= 110*30
⇒ ?= 110*30/100= 33

30 is 110% of 33~
