x+x+x-15+x-15=98 simplifies to 4x-30=98 move the 30 over 4x=98+30 simplify and you have 4x=128 divide both sides by 4 and you're left with x=32 which is your length, your width is 32-15 which is 17.

Half of perimeter (or L+ W) is:
98/2= 49 (cm)

L- W= 15
L+ W= 49

L= (49+ 15)/2= 32
W= (49-15)/2= 17

The length is 32 cm and the width is 17 cm~
