Take into account that each point of the wave image is translated 3 units to the left (which means that each second each point of the wave moves 1 unit to the left).

Then, based on the previous explanation you obtain the following graph:

As you can notice, each point of the wave image has been translated 3 units to the left and the resultant part of the wave to the left of the fixed point is the reflection of the wave at the right.
