32^(3/5) = (2^5)^(3/5) = 2^(15/5) = 2^3 = 8.

\sqrt[5]{x^5}=x\\\\32^(3)/(5)=\left(32^(1)/(5)\right)^3=\left(\sqrt[5]{32}\right)^3=2^3=8
