C) adjective clause

The phrase ''which is located in Auburn, Alabama,'' is an adjective clause because it modifies the noun, ''Jules Collins Art Museum,'' and specifies ''where'' the museum is located.

This is definitely not an independent clause, as it can't stand on it's own:

"which is located in Auburn, Alabama" - it's not a proper full sentence.

It gives some information about the Museum, describing it further; this is a function of adjectives - adjectives provide more information about nouns.

Because of this, this is an adjective phrase.
