First of all, you need to know what a trochee is. It is a metrical foot which consists of two syllables - the first one is stressed, and the second one is unstressed. Its 'antonym' would be an iamb which Shakespeare used in his poetry - an iamb also consists of two syllables, however, the first one is unstressed, and the second one is stressed.


An example of a trochee is this line from Poe's 'The Raven:'

AH disTINCTly I reMEMber IT was IN the BLEAK deCEMber.
