Answer= 4/12 and 1/3

Out of 12 ounces, 4 ounces are vanilla. One could also say 4 out of every 12 ounces are vanilla. The following fraction can be made

4/12

to find another equivalent fraction to 4/12, lets simplify the fraction by dividing both the top and bottom number by 4.

1/3

Both 4/12 and 1/3 represent the fraction of milkshake that is vanilla.
