Impeachment starts and is fully executed in the House of Representatives.

Impeachment is the formal accusation of the official, which does not mean that the official is found guilty - only that they're being accused.

The trial will then happen in the Senate (There has been some impeachments of a president , but no president was found guilty by Senate)
