Divide each side by a common factor to simplify. 9 is a common factor of both 63 and 90.
63/9=
7
and 90/9=
10
.
So 63:90 can also be written as
7:10
.
Therefore, the answer is
7:10
.

Divide both by 3
63/3= 21
90/3= 30
21/30
We can simplify it less
21/3=7
30/3=10
The final answer is
7/10
