I think you forgot the options... but I hope I can help anyway. On top of the hierarchy were the Peninsulares, those born in Europe. Then their children, white, but born in Americas, called criollos. After this mixed: mestizos, children of white and non-white parents. On the very bottom of the hierarchy were the indigenous and African slaves.
