the most easy thing for making intercept is by putting x=0
therefore , y = 7/3x + 5
y = 7/3(x)+5
y=5
therefore intercept is (0,5)

y= (7)/(3)x+5 \\ \\ the \ slope \ \ form \ is : \\ \\ y= mx +b \\ \\m=(7)/(3)\\ \\y -intercept =b \\ \\ y= 5
