Aerobic respiration- the process of respiration which takes place in the presence of oxygen. Glucose breaks and high energy is produced.
Example-normal breathing
Anaerobic respiration- the process of respiration which occurs in the absence of oxygen. Anaerobic respiration generally concludes with less energy
Example- when we run for a long time the lungs and heart do not get enough oxygen and hence we undergo anaerobic respiration
We humans undergo both aerobic and anaerobic respiration
Hope it helps u

Aerobic respiration requires oxygen to occur, and then it releases a large amount of energy. Anaerobic respiration occurs when glucose breaks down without any oxygen to produce a little energy, and lactic acid. Anaerobic respiration occurs when we exercise vigorously and the heart and lungs are not able to provide enough oxygen.
