If you would like to solve the equation above, you can do it this way:

1/3 * h - 4 * (2/3 * h - 3) = 2 - 3 * h - 6
1/3 * h - 8/3 * h + 12 = -4 - 3 * h
-7/3 * h + 3 * h = -4 - 12
-7/3 * h + 9/3 * h = -16
2/3 * h = -16
h = -16*3/2
h = -24

The result is -24.
