3,843,000. You cirlce the number that's in the thousands place and then you underline the number next to it. If the underlined number is 5 or greater, the circled number goes one up. And you leave the rest the same. Hope that made sense!! ☺️

3,843,000. the number next to 2 (which is in the thousands place) is 5. so we add one and it became 3,843,000
