My dividend is 8 times as large as my divisor. i am a even number less than 15 what quotient am i?

We are given that my dividend is 8 times as large as my divisor.

Let the divisor is 8 hence, the divident will be 8x.

Now i am a even number less than 15.

So if the dividend is divided by the divisor by division rule than we get the quotient as 8 always no matter what is the value of x.

As 8x÷x=8.

Hence, the quotient is 8 and remainder is zero.

since it is always a factor of x.

Hence, the value of quotient is 8 ( which is a even number less than 15).
