What precent does this change $16 to $4

The percent change is 25%,because 4 divided by 16 is 0.25,and to convert a decimal to a percent,I multiplied 0.25 by 100,and the product,(the answer when 2 or more numbers are multiplied)was 25 and then i added the percent sign to 25,and so the percentage is 25%
