A circular running track is 14 of a mile long. Elena runs on this track, completing each lap in 116 of an hour. What is Elena’s running speed? Include the unit of measure

One lap is 1312 feet, so 5280/1312= 4.02, so she can run 4 laps, which will take her 278 minutes. So 1312 is 24% of a mile, and she is running at .24 mph.
