By "Central America" I take it, you refer to the Central American countries, such as Guatemala and Nicaragua?

The problem there is that this not a very stable region, so there is a great risk involved. This is due to the goverments's corruption, civil wars (not at the moment, but not so long ago) and due to its being on the route of drug smuggling to the US.
