How would low-fat milk meet the body’s needs differently from whole milk?

Whole milk has a bunch of different kinds of fat and cholesterol, while low fat milk has less fat and cholesterol. Whole milk gives u fats and cholestrol along with calcium. but low fat milk, gives u less fat and cholesterol along with calcium.
