at a certain Store,all shirts are on sale for the same price. Mr.chan bought 6 shirts and paid a total of 62.99, including sales tax. If the sales tax was 2.99,what was the price of one shirt

Subtract sales tax ...

$62.99 - $2.99 = $60.00

Divide the difference by the numbers of shirts the dude bought

$60.00 ÷ 6 shirts = 10


Each shirt would be $10.00


That's a pretty good deal !
