The figure consist of triangle, rectangle and semi circle.

Determine the area of figure.

$\begin{gathered} A=(1)/(2)\cdot4\cdot8+2\cdot4+(\pi)/(8)(4)^2 \\ =16+8+6.28 \\ =30.28 \\ \approx30.3 \end{gathered}$

Thus area of figure is 30.3 meter square.
