The formula to find the Pressure is: P (Pressure) = F(Force) / A(Area)

Since F = 30 N, and A = 20 m2

So
P = (F)/(A) = (30)/(20) = 1.5

So, the pressure being applied is 1.5 Pascals.

Hope this helps :)
