In an ecosystem, biotic factors are living organisms that affect other organisms in an ecosystem. Here are five examples of biotic factors:
-Grass: It's a living organism because it's a plant and it feeds other living organisms in the ecosystem.
-Bacteria: Bacteria are living organisms that feed off of other organisms in the ecosystem and can be very beneficial or detrimental to the other organisms.
-Fungi: Fungi are living organisms that other organisms can feed off of.
-Rabbit: A rabbit is a living organism that feeds off of other organisms and also contributes to the growth and survival of other organisms while living and after its death.
-Insects: An insect is a living organism that affects other organisms around it.

Hope this helps!
