The y-intercept is the value of y when the graph intersects the y-axis. Graphs intersect the y-axis when x=0, so we just substitute in x=0 to get:

y=2(0+3)(0+4)

y=2(3)(4)

y=24

Therefore, 24 is our answer.

Hope I helped :)
