A school will give its baseball teams up to $840 to buy new helmets. Each helmet costs $20. The number of helmets, c, they can purchase is represented by the inequality 20c < 840. What's the maximum number of helmets the teams can buy?

c.41
d.44

For this one u have to divide 840 by 20:
840÷20=42
The closest to dat is C.41.
I hope this xplains it, instead of just giving u an answer with no xplanation.

The answer is none. You could get 42 helmets. So I guess the max is 41 because it is lower than 42 but is is still pretty close
