If you have:

`log_(2)(8)+log_(9)(2)=`
I would change base into the second log as:

`log_(2)(8)+ ( log_(2)(2))/( log_(2)(9))=`
Solving the logs I get:

`3+ (1)/(3) = (10)/(3)`
I used an approx value for the
`log_(2)(9)` using
`log_(2)(9)=3` (it is a little bit more than 3).
