What does It's estoy en mi casa mean?

I think it means I am at home or I am in my house because estoy is the word for a non permanant thing that you are. And in this case you are non permanently en tu (in your) casa which means house. :)

So, it means: I am at home / I am in my house

I am in my house.

Estoy is used for location purposes.
