Answer: 5 meters.

Explanation:

When a circle circumscribed about a rectangle,

Then the diameter of the circle = Diagonal of the rectangle,

Here, the length of the rectangle = 8 cm,

And, the width of the rectangle = 6 cm,


\implies \text{Diagonal}=\sqrt{(\text{Length})^2+(\text{width})^2}


=√(8^2+6^2)=√(64+36)=√(100)=10

Thus, the diameter of the circle = 10 meters

Radius of the circle = diameter/2 = 10/2 = 5 meters.
