Which is canadas smallest land region yet home to more than half the the countrys population

I believe that the question is false; there isn't one province in Canada that has more than half of the country's population.

You could answer it it two ways:

Half of the country's population lives in two provinces: Ontario and Quebec.

The smallest Province is Prince Edward's Land, which has a high population for its size- 140 000, which is bigger than two other provinces, but far from being half the population of Canada.
