circumference= 2 times pi times radius
c=2pir
divide both sides by 2pi
c/(2pi)=r
c=12.6
12.6/(2 times pi)=12.6/2 times 1/pi=6.3 times 1/pi=6.3/pi
radius=6.3/pi=aprox (pi aprox 3.14) 2
