so assume that x=x and y=y in both equations

use elimination

3x+2y=11
2x+5y=22
multiply first equation by -2 and multiply second equaiton by 3
-6x-4y=-22
6x+15y=66
add together
0x+11y=44
11y=44
divide by 11
y=4
subsite
3x+2y=11
3x+2(4)=11
3x+8=11
subtract 8
3x=3
divide by 3
x=1

x=1
y=4

in (x,y) form
(1,4)
