0.4(2x+1/2) = 3[0.2x-2]-4
0.8x+0.2 = 0.6x-6-4 Distribute it out
0.8x+0.2 = 0.6x-10 Combine like terms
0.2x = -10.2 Subtract 0.6x and 0.2 from both sides
x = -51 Multiply both sides by 5
