You can reduce stress by getting more adequate sleep, eating a healthier diet, exercising like taking small walks and trying to relax with time to yourself.

i would say take a walk or a shower take a nap that stuff works for me i also forgot eating that works for me i have a high matoblism thats why dont follow the eating one.
