How do warm up and cool down activities differ?

To warm up I'd suggest a quick jog or jumping jacks with scretching, and for a cool down try walking or jogging and don't forget to rehydrate.

To warm up I would do some stretches and to cool down I would drink some ice water or just jump in the pool.
