Wolfgang has increased is oil by 1/7 therefore he must increase his vinegar by 1/7 to keep everything in proportion. One seventh of 4 oz is four seventh of an oz so the answer would be 4 and 4/7 ounces of vinegar NOT THE PREVIOUS ANSWER 4 oz

I think 3 oz of vinegar because 7+4=11 And what plus 8 equals to 11. And it is 3
