b) 83.33%

Explanation:

The older number of members is 25

The new number of members is 30

If X is the 100%, then the percentage of Y is equal to: (Y/X)*100%

a) In this case we have that 25 is the 100%.

then, we will have that 30 is the (30/25)*100% = 120%

This means that the new pupulation is the 120% of the pervious one.

b) now we have that 30 is the 100%, so we will have that 25 corresponds to the:

(25/30)*100% = 83.33%

so 25 is the 83.33% of 30.
