The human body needs vitamins and minerals because it's like fuel to help the body function. They also allow all the systems in your body to work and function properly. if we didn't have vitamins and minerals we would be very weak and tired, we would have no energy. The vitamins and minerals is what gets us feeling healthy. And instead of taking a pill of vitamins or minerals, you should just eat lots of fruits and vegetables everyday, and that will make the body feel good too.
