4 out of 13 because 13-9=4 so thats what i think

So,

If we add them together, we get
5 + 3 + 4 + 1 = 13

Since there are 4 blue chips, the probability would be 4 out of the total number of chips, or 4/13.


The \ probability \ of \ the \ random \ selection \ of \ a \ blue \ chip \ is \ (4)/(13) .
